Customers have 7 days from the time they recieve their package (calculated by invoice date and standard transit times) to file for a return.  All returns required a RMA form and number, DO NOT send you package back to us blind without notification, as you will be charged a 25% service penalty and restocking fee, no exceptions.  To return an item, please email returns@pedalspluseffectswarehouse.com with a brief decription of your return, pruchase date, order number, and our returns department will email you the RMA information.

- Starting on the date that we send you the RMA information, you have 10 calander days for us to recieve your returned items.  Late returns recieved after the 10 calander days will be charged a 10% late fee, no exceptions. Items must be shipped in the same, or similar plackages as originally sent to customer.  Pedals ship with custom boxes from their manufacturers, DO NOT ship returns strictly in their logo printed and manufacturer labeled box, as an immediate 25% service and reconditioning penalty will be charged to your account, no exceptions.  No CODs on returned items. 

- Items must be returned in as new, exact condition as when it shipped from our warehouse.  All original boxes, batteries, power supplies, packaging wrap, warranty cards, and instructions must be retured with the original item.  If items is not recieved by our returns department in as new mint condition for resale, you will be charged a 15% reconditioning fee for the item, no exceptions.  The reconditioning fee applys to defective items as well, due to the fact most defects can be easily repaired to resold as b-stock.

- If the returned item was shipped to you via the FREE shipping promotion, and is the only item you purchased, then you will be charged that exact USPS Parcel Post (5-7 day delivery) shipping cost that we paid as a free promotion.  Customers who purchased multiple items under the free shipping promotion, and are only returning one of the items ordered, will not be requied to recover the free shipping promotional costs. Cutomers returning defective items will not be  required to recover the free shipping promotional costs.

- Defective items can only be retured for the exact defective item or store credit, no exceptions.
