CHASE BLISS AUDIO WARPED VINYL ANALOG CHORUS/VIBRATO MKII
For those in the know, the Chase Bliss Warped Vinyl was one of the finest modulation boxes in the land. It still is, but the circuit has been revamped, and the new Warped Vinyl MKII continues its legacy as the modulator to beat.
Originally conceived to simulate the effect of a warped vinyl record, but that is only scratching the surface of what Warped Vinyl MKII can do. This “true pitch” analog vibrato/chorus pedal features an all-analog signal path that can be dialed in to create limitless palette of vibrato and chorus.
Warped Vinyl MKII has several changes, including a tone knob for shimmery, transparent vibrato/ chorus as well as an increased signal to noise ratio. Further, every knob and switch is connected to a little digital brain while your guitar signal stays 100% analog the entire time and never gets digitally processed. Since the control of the effect is digital, it opens up unprecedented effects and features that have never been heard or offered in analog stompboxes.
Of course, all the same stunning versatility of the MKI is still there—the unique ModuShape control that allows players to fully customize the modulation waveform. There’s also tap tempo with selectable subdivisions, as well as presets. And the package is so small, that there’s no reason NOT to buy this pedal—it’s quite simply the ultimate chorus/vibrato pedal on the market.
16 mini DIP switches can be found on the back side of the pedal, offering nearly limitless combinations of controls and tweak.
